Riding Ready Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Riding Ready website, online courses, Academy membership and all digital content. By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Riding Ready Riding Ready provides online educational resources relating to rider biomechanics, physiotherapy, movement, rider position and exercise.

2. Educational Information All information provided through Riding Ready, including videos, articles, illustrations, exercise programmes, downloadable resources, community discussions and live sessions, is provided for general educational purposes only. The content is intended to improve understanding of rider biomechanics, movement and position. It is **not personalised advice** and should not be interpreted as individual physiotherapy, medical, veterinary, coaching, saddle fitting or healthcare advice. Accessing or purchasing Riding Ready does not establish a physiotherapist–patient relationship or any other professional-client relationship. The information provided is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or veterinary condition. You should always seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning an exercise programme or making changes to your riding if you have an injury, medical condition, concerns regarding your horse, are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery or experience pain. You remain responsible for deciding whether any information, exercise or technique is appropriate for you and your horse.

3. Safety Horse riding carries inherent risks. You are responsible for: * Riding within your own ability. * Ensuring your horse is suitable, healthy and fit for the activities undertaken. * Using correctly fitted tack and equipment. * Wearing appropriate protective equipment where necessary. * Exercising appropriate judgement at all times. Riding Ready accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, accident, loss or damage arising from the use of our educational materials except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

4. Online Courses Unless otherwise stated, purchased courses include access for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Your purchase grants you a personal licence to access the course for your own learning.
Course access is: * Personal to you. * Non-transferable. * Not for commercial use. * Limited to the purchased access period. Course content may be updated, amended or reorganised during your access period to reflect improvements, corrections or current evidence. Following expiry of the two-year access period, continued access is not guaranteed and may require a new purchase.

5. Academy Membership Academy membership is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. Membership provides access to the Academy content available within your subscription level while your subscription remains active. You may cancel your membership at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future payments, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Membership payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to update, improve, replace or remove Academy content as the membership develops.

6. Payments Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. If payment cannot be successfully collected, we reserve the right to suspend access until payment has been received.

7. Refunds Online Courses Our courses are digital products supplied immediately after purchase. By requesting immediate access, you acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights may be affected in accordance with UK consumer legislation relating to digital content. Refunds will generally not be provided once access has been granted unless required by law or where the digital content is faulty. Academy Membership Membership payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. You may cancel future renewals at any time.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property All content available through Riding Ready, including but not limited to videos, articles, written materials, graphics, illustrations, photographs, logos, exercise programmes, worksheets, downloads, branding and course materials, remains the intellectual property of Riding Ready unless otherwise stated. Your purchase provides you with a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content solely for your own personal education. Without our prior written permission you may not: * Copy or reproduce any content. * Share your login details. * Share, sell or distribute course materials. * Upload content to another website or platform. * Screen record, record or download videos for redistribution. * Remove copyright notices or branding. * Create derivative works from our content. * Use our content to develop, train or improve artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models or similar technologies. * Use any Riding Ready material for commercial purposes. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund and may lead to legal action.

9. Community Standards Members using any Riding Ready community agree to behave respectfully. Harassment, abusive behaviour, discrimination, spam or unauthorised advertising may result in removal from the community and termination of membership without refund.

10. Availability Whilst we aim to provide uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee that the website or learning platform will always be available. Access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, software updates or technical issues beyond our control.

11. Changes to Content We continually review and improve our educational resources. We reserve the right to update, amend, replace or remove course materials and Academy content where necessary.

12. Disclaimer Whilst every effort is made to ensure our content is accurate, evidence-informed and up to date, Riding Ready makes no guarantee that all information is complete, current or suitable for every rider or horse. Results will vary between individuals. We accept no liability for any injury, loss, damage or expense arising from reliance upon the information provided except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes to these Terms We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be published on the Riding Ready website and will apply from the date of publication.

16. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
